Phase I : Strategy and Planning
CAG brings in a team of experts to identify the strategic long-term needs of the organization. Data is gathered to determine project feasibility and to outline a capitalization plan to fund the project. Space programming
is done with the aid of user groups from your facility. An architectural program is developed from this planning process
Phase II : Design and Preconstruction
CAG functions as the owner’s right hand, acting as developer and program manager, managing the architect and overseeing the financing. Our responsibilities also include maintaining the schedule and making sure the project is
completed in a timely manner and within the original budget. Additionally, we handle all licensing and certification
Phase III : Construction and Operations
